Casual LAN Parties We believe that smaller LAN Parties are just more fun! Our regular, single-day events support up to 30 players, allowing us to offer a friendly, welcoming environment for playing great games and making new friends.

We also offer hot meals and cold drinks and at every event!
Regular Events We strive to host regular events every 1-2 months, so our players never have long to wait before another party gets started! In the meantime, we can always be found in one of our communities on Facebook or Steam.

Most of our regulars also play games over Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and Steam, so there should always be games to jump into, whether they're being played on a LAN or over the internet!
LAN Party Directory Looking for a larger LAN Party? Or a party elsewhere in the UK? Why not check out our LAN Party Directory, which lists numerous providers of LAN Parties throughout the UK. Want your site listed? Let us know.

Alternatively, check out our Events section to see what LAN Parties are coming up in the next few weeks!

New Event Coming Soon

Just a quick post to let you all know that we're still here, and we're planning event for June or July in Runcorn. We'll post more information as soon as we have a date locked down!

April Event a Success!

We're happy to say that our first new event was a complete success! While attendee numbers were small, it was a great way to get us back into the swing of things. A lot has changed in the world of LAN gaming over the past 6 years - it can now be extremely difficult to host and join games offline, even (as we discovered with Left 4 Dead) if the game has a "Host Local Game" option!

We believe we've found the perfect solution, however - MOBILE BROADBAND! So from now on we'll be offering internet connectivity at all of our events to ensure maximum compatibility and maximum fun!

Our first new event may be over, but we've learned a lot in a single day, and we're now more certain than ever that playing games in a room full of mates is quite simply the ONLY way! So join us for our May and future events and see what you've been missing!

Preparing for the Party

In preparation for the LAN on Saturday please make sure that your copy of Steam is up to date and running all your games in Offline Mode, as we will not have internet access at the venue.

Read this article for more info on Offline Mode: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3160-AGCB-2555

This is especially important: You must connect to the Steam Network and test each of the games you would like to use in Offline Mode at least once to set up your account and configure Offline Mode on your machine.

So, to minimise any problems we may experience on Saturday, please make sure that you have put Steam into Offline Mode no later than THURSDAY NIGHT, which gives you Friday to make sure all of your games are working offline. Once you've done this please do not put Steam back into Online Mode, as it may update itself and then your Steam will be incompatible with everyone else's.

Please also make sure that you are not running any beta versions of Steam (including the beta UI update) as this will likely cause problems.

For a list of games you'll likely need please visit the Games section where you will also find links to the Valve Store and g2play.net to buy them if you don't already have them. A word of warning: We do not condone the use of illegal games at our events, and legitimate Steam games are notoriously incompatible with pirated versions anyway. You can get all Steam games pretty damn cheap at g2play.net so there's no excuse really :)

If there are any games not listed on the Games section that you want to play please start a discussion on Facebook so we can talk about what else we'll need.

If you've not signed up to the event here you have not confirmed your seat and we'd appreciate it if you could do that so we know how many people to cater for (yes, there will be food).

I've emailed the current attendees our number in case they need to get in touch with us by phone on the day. However we will be checking email and Twitter constantly so there shouldn't be any problems getting hold of us.

Thanks and see you on Saturday!

5 Days To Go!

Only 5 days to go until our first event since 2004! Be a part of this momentous occasion and book your place now! Just as a reminder, the event will take place at Preston Brook Village Hall in Runcorn, on Saturday April 17th at 9am! Please visit our Requirements section for info on what you'll need, and check out our Games section for an idea of what games we'll be playing. See something there you don't have, or have something that's not there? Visit our Steam or Facebook communities to connect with the other attendees and get a conversation going! Or if you just want to stay informed about the latest developments, follow us on Twitter!

Need some advice on how to sign up? Visit our FAQ section for answers to all your questions. And if you have a question that isn't listed, contact us!

If you can't make this first event, don't worry! We've got another one coming up on May 8th in Norwich, which you can read all about in our Events section!

One last thing - if you've signed up on Facebook but not on this site, you HAVE NOT CONFIRMED YOUR SEAT. The only way to do that is to sign up through this website!

See you on Saturday!
